PetSmart Grooming

We had a wonderful first grooming experience with my 3 year old German Shepard at the Monroe location. I highly recommend you request Iza J. We were immediately greeted at check in with Gilligan. His groomer Bella was so patient, knowledgeable and kind with our boy. He was treated to a Furminator bath, nail trim and had his teeth brushed. He came out of his appointment as happy as he could be, looking and smelling a million times better. Thank you for getting him “summer ready”!

I called around 8:30pm to find out about what they use to cut dogs toenails, Isabelle is who I spoke with, She let me know you have a choice of the clippers or the grinder. I then asked if she could give me the price. while she was not part of the grooming department she went above and beyond and told me if I wanted to wait a moment that she could walk up to the office and log into their system to be able to give me the prices. It took her a few moments and she let me know that their system isn't set up like the systems on the floor. She was able to find it and let me know, and told me what I needed to bring since our dog hasn't been there before. She also let me know showing up between certain hours you can get 5 dollars off. I want this employee recognized, she could have simply told me
