We’ve taken our dogs to every grooming place in the area and Strutt your Mutt is hands down the best!! They always do the best job and I feel like my dogs stay cleaner longer and they always smell good!

We have been taking our fur babies here for years. The customer service and communication has steadily declined over the last year and it is no longer an enjoyable experience. Despite being loyal customers, due to tardiness for an appointment (it’s hard to get a senior dog with cancer and a hyper younger dog in the car when you are also sick), we were informed that we lost our deposit for the appointment and strongly warned that our dogs might be seen towards the end of the day because of this, despite no one else having an appointment for the time slot we showed up. Definitely triggering due to one of the dogs having cancer and we did not want him there all day. We assured them we were on our way. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! The owner Tanera doesn’t care about the quality of service provided nor the care of your fur babies. I was forced to pay for a grooming, a bleach and color service that I was not satisfied with for my 15yr old baby “Puppy”. It was the worst service I had ever received. Not to mention in the past this place cut my dogs ear off and acted like it was nothing. I forgave and didn’t make a big fuss although I felt like they had inexperienced staff working there at the time. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stuck around. I even had to take my dog to the hospital because his ear got infected. All to my expense-very traumatized experience to say the least for our family.
