I’ve been going to this groomers for years, and I used to love the place. Unfortunately, their quality in service has really decreased over the past few months. I dropped my dog off at 10:30 for his appointment, and by 2:45, still had not received a call that he was ready. When I decided to call to just check on how much longer, the worker informed me that he was ready so I could head over. However, when I got there, he brought my dog out, and my dog was only washed, not cut. The worker then tried to tell me twice that my dog had been groomed. I knew he wasn’t, because his fur was the exact same length it had been when I dropped him off. I’ve been here twice and both times they did a great job on my mini Goldendoodle. It’s a long drive for me, but Teddy seems happy, my kids love the results, and I like the service. So we will be returning. I absolutely love the convenience of being able to schedule a grooming appointment on their website.

Writing a review after two bad experiences here - roughly 6 months apart. In both cases, we were treated very poorly. The customer service experience is rough. They are extremely disorganized (never seem to be able to find our "file" even though we've been multiple times, never know who we are, or have any notes on what was done in the past for grooming and other details). For example, the last time we went I asked how long the service would take. They told me 3 hours, so I decided to run errands while I waited for my dog. At the 3 hour point I called to ask if he was ready. They said "almost, he's on the table right now". I assumed that meant he was almost done and I should head over, so I did. Bringing my doodle Isabelle to pet laundry was a great experience! My kids and I both enjoyed being able to put her in the tub and bathe her ourselves. They supplied all of the products needed. It was a great for me and my kids. I think their prices are very reasonable too!!! Loved it and will definitely be back!!!!!
