PetSmart

I’ve been a regular PetSmart customer for several years and visit every few weeks, spending a significant amount annually. Unfortunately, during my visit this past week, I had a very negative experience with a cashier that left me disappointed and uncomfortable. I stopped in to ask if there were any extra boxes available. When I asked the cashier, she pointed me toward her manager. The manager was polite and went to check for a box. While I was waiting, the cashier made several inappropriate and unnecessary comments, including saying that her job was hard enough without customers giving her extra work, that the store wasn’t even open yet, and that I “better hope” the box was the right size because the manager would not be going back to get another one. Very helpful staff. They are very personable and remember me everytime we come to get food . Also Canadian and American points cross over was a really good thing to find out. Yay!

FOR A PETSMART ( I know how the actual business is bit that's not the in-store employees fault) it's pretty nice. The employees are typically sweet and very helpful, it's never smells terrible, and the animals look alright

They have good customer service. I take my dog there to get groomed. They usually do a pretty good job.

Great job fulfilling an online order, quick and easy to pick up, clearly designated parking, super friendly service. The website is hard to navigate but the store and the shopping experience were excellent.
