Beaver Crossing Animal Hospital

I’m from another state. Staff gave me an appointment quickly. Dr. Smith was very kind and reassuring. He answered all my questions and my girl responded well to treatment. The staff were all amazing. Wish I lived closer-I would definitely change.

It was time for labs for my six year old Canaan-from Cairo where I rescued her from, Sophie. She loves Beavers Crossing with Dr Smith and everyone who is there. They are very patient, professional and kind! It’s not cheap but they do give points. As long as Sophie is comfortable, I’m very happy!

I really appreciate the entire team at this clinic. They gave me great advice over the phone and were able to squeeze Bruno in first thing this morning. The front desk staff was so kind, understanding, and efficient in helping us get seen quickly. Dr. Smith did a very thorough exam, explained everything clearly, and helped us create a plan that made sense both medically and financially. I really appreciated how considerate and transparent he was — he made sure we felt informed every step of the way. The techs were absolutely wonderful. They were so gentle and sweet with my big boy, and incredibly patient with me as I navigated caring for a sick pet for the first time. Great up grades done since Bandi's last visit. The receptionist was very friendly. I didn't wait long at all before Dr. Smith and his staff came in. They made sure Bandi was relaxed and stress free. Very nice and informed explanation on how to solve the issue. Thank you to all involved.

I just can’t enough about this awesome vet!! We luvs them so much … we have found them to be available and helpful…patient and kind and most of all good to our Bonnie and Oreo!! We luv the staff and how good they are to us and to Bonnie and Oreo!! We have seen serval of the vets but are particularly fond of Dr Smith!! When we take Oreo to see Dr Smith he jumps right up on the exam table … Oreo knows a friend when he sees them!! I must also say we have found them to ALWAYS do what they say they will and to be very accommodating, welcoming, very knowledgeable, and very be thorough. The staff and vets have been there with us in both very sad times and very good or routine times … and we are sooo thankful for they amazing sincere care they have given our Bonnie when we had her and now our Ore
