Me & my frenchies experience with Strategic K9 was THE BEST! This was the first time I've had to send my dog out for training & I am glad I did with these guys 👏. The entire time he was away Michelle was Best! She was able to answer all of my questions & concerns. Kevin has a Great passion for dogs & is truly the BEST at what he does! This review is long overdue! We did the 3-week day train program with Strategic K9 earlier this year, and the difference in our dog's behavior is truly night and day. From the very beginning, communication and scheduling with Michelle and the team was easy and stress-free. Kevin did such a great job training our dog, he really tailored the program to fit her bubbly personality and brought out the best in her. Not only did he teach her, he gave us helpful tips and tricks to keep things going once she came home. We also boarded our dog with them during our honeymoon, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in great hands. My dad had found Strategic K9 training & sent it my way because it looked like they trained a lot of German shepherds. We struggled to find a perfect trainer for our pup. Not a single trainer during the evaluations wanted to see Dece out of his crate until Kevin! His exact words were “I want him to bite me” and my parents and I thought he was insane. He took a hold of Dece during the evaluation & we have never seen Dece obey a stranger or get used to a stranger so quick before. Porter is a 1 year old Bernese mountain dog who had trouble walking on leash and impulse control. We were expecting our first baby this year and wanted to make sure Porter would be well trained before she arrived! After doing 3 weeks of day train with Strategic K9 he now knows commands and walks so well on leash! They really gave us great tools to help us have the best relationship with our dog and we are able to take him everywhere with us! Highly recommend them and will continue to work with them with boarding because Porter loved going to school and working with Kevin!
