Spring Creek Kennel & Cattery

We've done both boarding and daycare here for our dog and have nothing but good things to say! Staff is super friendly and always seems excited when we bring in our dog. Our dog is always incredibly excited when we get here. She also loves the water so we love that there's a pool here that she can play in. We always feel that our dog is safe and well cared for when she is here. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Great place to board your pets. Very clean and dogs get their own room with outside access 24/7. They offer playtime in a huge outdoor area for dogs to play and run around. Even a pool if your dogs a water lover. Staff was super friendly and gave me updates anytime I’d call. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

I’ve never boarded any of my pets before. I was looking online and saw that this was one of the best kennels in San Diego! I was a little nervous so I gave them a call just to ask some questions regarding my concerns and was happily helped by their front desk associate (I forgot her name, but I believe it started with a K) after the conversation, I felt A LOT less nervous and will be going in for a tour in a couple days. It seems like they provide very high-quality care at their facility. Very excited to be doing business with them :)

Last minute had to bird my 9 year old golden retriever. The process was easy. Rates are beyond fair and we definitely will be back. The facility is clean and staff was friendly.

I’ve been using this place for the last few years and I originally loved it but lately I’m more and more disappointed with the service. This week I had an awful interaction with Kelly that I just can’t shake. I think that’s what her name is? She has long brown hair and light eyes. Her tone was so rude and condescending that even my husband picked up on it. I have such a salty taste in my mouth for this place because of these interactions with Kelly. I can’t help but wonder how she treated my dog while he was being boarded. Can I trust him in her care if she’s treating me like this for no reason? Miserable
