Spring Valley Animal Med Hospital

Spring Valley Animal Hospital has been my vet for 12 years! I am always satisfied with the care and cost, Karen, Dr Zito, and the Vet Tech support staff genuinely care for the well being of my dogs. Even on very busy days, when the wait is longer, I know that they are accommodating for pets needs. They do a great job!

Affordable and great service. Took both of our dogs here. I have a little 10 year old Chihuahua who has a heart condition and a spinal injury as well as my new pup who just turned 12 months a couple days ago. (Photos) They are very kind and nice and treat your pets with respect. And I highly recommend this place as it’s affordable and the vets diagnose very well and I appreciate all of the caring advice they have given for our babies.

They literally saved my 4 year old black lab's life. I brought him after being given an 8k estimate at the La Mesa ER, and on a whim called here. I have taken my pets here before but did not realize they did emergency. They were attentive and knowledgably and friendly. They saw him right away and gave him the treatment he needed to live at 1/8 of the price. Thank you to Dr. Z and the Spring Valley Animal Hospital team!

I've been coming here now for my pets for a couple years, and the staff has always been wonderful. The receptionists are always great and looking to help, even when busy. The technicians are always patient with my questions (even when I feel silly asking them). The pricing always feels fair, and I know they really do care about the animals. I honestly believe they would charge less if they could. I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in on one of their busier days for my cat's annual checkup. The care they've given my animals has earned my trust and I don't think I'd go anywhere else unless I have to. Thank you to Dr Zito and the amazing staff that works here.
