I honestly can not rate this place high enough. We've been to several area vets and this place is our final one because we wont be going anywhere else again! We had 5 cats and we found them because I came home from work and my 20 year old cat was in severe respiratory distress. Our vet at the time had "no availability" so we called Stoney Pointe and they immediately said "we will meet you at our office at 8am" mind you, we had never been here at that time. We had to put our old lady down but they made every single step so easy and everyone was so compassionate. I asked that day if they could take our 4 other cats and the rest is history! I took a cat in because she was very lethargic. She was feral so I was concerned about who would treat her. They did a thorough exam and blood work. Unfortunately she has heartworm which is far more common in dogs than cats. Dr Whiley determined a treatment plan and I am monitoring my cat closely over the next few months.

This office will work with you, support your furry friends, and offer great service. I have never had any issues getting questions answered in a timely fashion, never any issues with prescriptions, no issues scheduling as they are open a good portion of the week, and I've never left the office feeling upset. My babies are all well and happy due to the staff and doctors here at stoney pointe. After horrible experiences at 2 other Rochester vet offices, this place is a light shining in the darkness. And to say eight out of nine of these babies don't even have horrible anxiety going? Priceless (PS: mittens says she loves you)

Dr. Wylie is the best. We followed her to Stoney Pointe so she can continue to provide care for our anxious, too-smart-for-his-own-good Australian shepherd, Mosby. She has always and continues to provide the most excellent care for him. Her goal every visit is to promote a fear-free environment to make the experience as comfortable as possible for our dog. She is also incredibly knowledgeable on dog behavior and we have gained so much insight from her. We also praise the LVTS for their hard work, professionalism and gentle approach. Thank you Stoney Pointe for all that you do, we really appreciate your patience with our high maintenance dog and working with us so we feel at ease.

Switched over to Stoney Pointe from our previous vet to follow Dr. Isabel Wylie. I wasn't thrilled with the prior vet anyhow, so it worked out great. She is absolutely phenomenal and the only vet I trust with my dog. Have only had our first appointment so far, but it went perfectly and I have all the faith that I can continue to put my my utmost trust in her and the staff here.
