New Hope Veterinary Wellness Center

After some very scarey experiences with my 17yo cat Rascal, Dr. Brunson took my kitty in to try to save his leg. Rascal, my kitty became very sick on a road trip many miles from home. He may have been bitten by a snake. We're not sure. Along the road trip another vet did emergency surgery to remove the skin from his left leg. He required multiple bandage changes and may have still required amputation. Some may have even thought euthanasia would be better. However we were referred to Dr. Brunson who immediately went to work on Rascal. He began to heal slowly. We were traveling so there were many trips back and forth often over 2 hrs each way. Our 14 1/2 year old lab Bowdie was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor on his muzzle in the spring of 2025. Our regular vet treated him successfully with the Stelfonta injection but unfortunately the MCT came back at a higher grade. They informed us there was nothing else they could do. We started researching alternative treatments but they were unwilling to work with us. It was then I found Dr. Brunson at New Hope Veterinarian Wellness Center. He developed a holistic treatment plan for him and he thrived for several more months. I am grateful to him and his team for giving our boy another chance. I would highly recommend Dr. Brunson and his Wellness Center.

This Veterinarians office came highly recommended to me as I was looking for someone with a more homeopathic approach. I made an appointment and met with the Veterinarian and had a very long 45 minute conversation with him about my previous dog that I lost to IMHA. He listened to all of my concerns and reassured me. He addressed everthing and answered a lot of questions. He was great! Fast forward to when my puppy was lethargic and vomiting, and I called New Hope and couldn’t get through. I left messages and tried calling again several hours later. The receptionist answered the phone and I Explained that I have been trying to call all morning and that I left messages and no one had called me back yet. I explained that something was wrong with my dog and he needed to be seen. She would not

First visit, took my little quaker. Only problem is it's a long wait for an appointment, but I think that has to do with the shortage of vets. The staff is nice, vet is awesome in communicating with parront. The office is very nice, I am ecstatic to have a vet that sees parrots!! I have more to bring in 😀 2 dogs and 3 more parrots 🦜
