I have a 14 week old kitten. They were welcoming and saw immediately that she is very active. They treated her with care and the knowledge and handling of her was first rate. I am old and have had cats my whole life and have run across vets that are not good. These people love animals are so up to date, knowledgeable and are soo caring compassionate towards them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brought both our dogs and our kitty in! We were able to get an appointment that week and we were seen right on time. The office was clean and bright, the staff was super friendly. We ended up getting dentals done on our kitty and our golden retriever and the price was very reasonable, especially for as much contact the vets made sure we got. They showed us the x-rays and explained what needed to be done. The dental happened another day and again, we were seen right on time. Once the procedure started Dr Pierson called to update and verify we were okay with the teeth that needed to come out. Our last vet just did it without asking!!! We have a senior cat who has had a rough year. She was not grooming herself as much, drooling, couldn't tolerate cat food, and reduced energy. Sterling was recommended and she's a much happier baby today. We took her in on the 17th of October, today a week later, she's so much happier. My kitty had been limping and I stopped by the office. It was beautiful. Well staffed and I was greeted immediately. After hearing about my kitty I was offered 2 options. For him to be seen next day as a drop off or an appointment the following day. He was seen by a wonderful team and I am very pleased with course of treatment and affordable price.

Dr Mullens is a great Doctor I really appreciated that not only did she listen but they ACTUALLY followed up, called back with results, and had clear instructions with everything. I mean seriously most the vets in Washington only want the easy cases that they can treat you like McDonald's and just slap something together and send you through the drive thru collecting their money but this is not a chained owned vet these are two people and their staff that get that people want clear answers and instructions on how to help their pets in good times and bad. I was recommended by the ER after I told them how my vet experience has been in Washington and I will keep going back. I found out my 20 year old cat loves Vienna sausage from them ... who knew she normally doesnt do treats.
