Animal House Pet Grooming

My chihuahua is 7 years old and I have clipped her nails until I accidentally cut one nail too close. I have taken her to a handful of groomers over the last couple of years to have her nails clipped. Every single place, she has yelped loudly and fought the technician at every attempt to cut her nails. Germaine literally put my baby at ease and without any effort at all, was able to cut her nails while I watched and we visited. Germaine is keenly sensitive to souls of the four legged kind and “yes,” even to the two legged kind. Thank you Germaine! You are truly a dog-whisperer. (Maybe a people-whisperer too.)😉

Today, my wife and I took our four-year-old Yorkshire terrier to Germaine for his first time grooming with her. We moved here to Sedro Woolley nine months ago, and it has been a real effort to find a groomer that is qualified and good at what she does. To choose a groomer for my dog we have visited the facility and chatted with the groomers. We have also tried out about three groomers so far. None of them have met our expectations until we met Germaine. Her facility is clean, and she is an artist at her haircuts, and she is also gentle with our dog, and he just fell in love with Germaine. Germaine is so wonderful!! Our first time being new to the area and she did AMAZING with my little Lucy! Wire haired terrier grooming can be tricky and she knew exactly what to do and gave my little gremlin the best spa day! Her paw trim is so impressively perfect and she did phenomenal with her nails. We already booked our next appointment!

I took my Schnauzer-mini Aussie mixed breed rescue dog in for a haircut and was super impressed! It’s the nicest haircut he’s ever had, and at a reasonable price. I especially like the way she did his ears and paws. The best thing is this groomer’s kind and gentle but firm and confident manner with the dogs. She handled my dog exactly right - he is afraid of haircuts, but because of her excellent vibes he did just fine with her. We will be back!

I have three little ones that needed to be clipped and animal house/Germaine did a wonderful job! Definitely a repeat customer!!
