First time visiting the shop. My dog is sweet and loving but he is also really sensitive and scared of everything which can make him growly and difficult to groom. His groomer Teri did a great job, he looks really cute. I am very happy with the service we got!

My long haired cat developed lots of matted spots while we were away on vacation. I called to inquire about shaving the mats I couldn’t remove. Robin was great on the phone, reassuring me that we could get my boy looking as good as new. And…success! Many mats were combed out and only a little bit of shaving was necessary. I was very pleased with Robin’s care for Kitty and concern for me. I’ll definitely return and recommend these services to others.
Wonderful people. Took care of our recent taken in pup. Her nails where awful and they were patient with her and gave her breaks. Very happy with how she turned out
