I dropped my dog off a total of 3 times since my PCS. The first time, he didn’t eat the entire 3 days and was brown by the time I got him (I have a white shihpoo). Second time years later, I packed enough food for at least a week. He was there for a weekend and somehow they used all of his food—he only eats once a day. This last time I dropped him off freshly groomed, individually bagged food and extra in case. He is out of food again, they claim they gave him a “complimentary” bath because he was dirty but I picked him up still dirty and smelly. It sounds like they washed something off him they allowed to happen and instead of telling me that, he got a service I was never told they give. They also charged more for the same amount of actual full days they saw him.

Danny and the rest of the staff are amazing! Our pitties love going here. Highly recommend! Never had a problem with them giving either of our dogs their medications.

They are our go to every single time we go out of town! Our dog has always been taken care of here these last 4 years at Minot. They have amazing customer service from beginning to end and are professional. They are easy to book over the phone and show great work ethic! I recommend them as my dog always comes out healthy and happy!

We've been taking our furry family members to Sterling Kennels for years...perhaps even decades. The staff is always so very friendly and you can tell they love our pets well while in their care. We've never, ever, had any problems with them and absolutely love the service and attention they give our pets while we're out of town. I cannot recommend them enough!

The owners seem to truly enjoy the animals. One of our dogs is kind of shy around people and he told us he gets to know them as he said he laid in the Kennel with the dog and let her come to him. Great start making the dogs enjoy the place and trust them. I feel comfortable leaving our dogs in their care. They even got a bath just before we arrived to pick them up. Highly recommend this Kennel.
