Hands down the best place we’ve ever used and will be returning customers!! Very accommodating! My senior dog loved going here. She came home happy and ate everyday including day 1 which is unusual for her to do somewhere new. She definitely was feeling at home here. They get plenty of out of kennel time as well and the owners sent pictures and updates daily which is a nice bonus! Five stars!!

The family who runs Prairie Wind Pet Lodge was easy to work with for my scheduling and having to reschedule lodging for my dogs. I felt the prices for lodging were reasonable as well. My dogs warmed up to the family in a good amount of time when I dropped them off. I felt comfortable leaving my littles at their lodge and even more at ease when I received pictures of my dogs playing outside and smiling! I plan to have this family take care of my dogs again in the near future.

Easy to work with, fair pricing, the dogs love it! We booked here when our usual place was already fully booked for the holiday weekend. Our dogs enjoyed their stay and the customer service was top notch! They post photos often. They really cared about our dogs and when we picked them up from a longer stay they were clean and happy.
