For essentially an unlimited amount of time, the $14 I paid for the self serve dog wash was a great deal in my opinion. They do ask you to keep it under 20 minutes so you aren’t hogging the stations but nobody else showed up while I was there so I felt no pressure to rush. I was even given 2 towels to use, included in the $14, which I wasn’t expecting. Only 2 things that would’ve paid it a 5 star experience would be better shampoo and conditioner (it was every diluted and didn’t form a good lather, I had to use a ton to feel like it was doing anything) and another tether spot on the opposite wall (to make it easier to get to both sides of my dog). Overall, would definitely recommend this store, both for supplies and the dog wash. Nice selection of treats too.

What a great space to bring all your pet care needs! In addition to an in-store grooming team, they have resources for training as well as all types of breed, quality care experts. Natalia is a delight at checkout and so knowledgeable about the storage products. Take time to give your dogs a day in smell Paradise and bring them along to this pet friendly store.

I adore this location. You can truly tell their animals are well taken care of, and the management genuinely cares about your experience. The groomers especially Lilly does an amazing job with our dogs. The staff is professional but still so friendly, which makes every visit feel welcoming.

We LOVE this place! Employees are friendly and actually know what they are talking about. The ONLY pet store I know of that guarantees their aquatic life for two weeks.

Pets Supply Plus is a 5 star store, prices, inventory & staff! They are so helpful & friendly. I have been a Pet Smart customer for a long time but Pets Supplies has better members prices & electronic coupons you can actually use!!! Inventory is great!!
