Stephanie's Pet Grooming

My dog was a client of Stephanie's for many years. This particular day I dropped him off and the owner explained that her prices had increased. I accepted that and left my dog mainly because there were several pet parents waiting to drop off their pets and I didn't want to hold them up and decided I'd call her later. I called a little later to ask why I was not informed of the increase prior to dropping my dog off as it was not great customer service to make such a statement once I had taken the time to get up, drive to her location just to learn I would be paying more. I would love to personally thank Sarah for how you treated my Jake. I love how she treated him as her own. I also love how quickly they get Jake in and out so he doesn't have to be at the groomer all day. I really appreciate how accommodating the office was when it came to getting my boy Jake ready to be put down. My 13 year has cancer. I absolutely would recommend this grooming office to everyone I know. They are so loving. They when way out of they way to take extra care of my Jake since he can not get around very well. I took my Shih tzu Chan there this morning. Sarah did an amazing job on him. Even though he was nervous because this was his first time there. Sarah was very accommodating and let us come and meet her before he had his appointment so he would feel more comfortable. I was very pleased with Stephanie’s pet grooming. Since Sarah had gone such a great job on Chan I made an appointment for her to groom my grand dog as well. Sarah also did a fantastic job on him!!!! He has cancer. Sarah was so gentle and took great care of him. Plus I dropped him off at 8:30. He was ready to be picked up by 11:45. I really appreciated that he did not have to stay all day. they did fantastic on my daughters lil furry baby! But my furry lil one came back bald and no bath! She doest even look like a Yorkie After going to groomer! Down below I have her before(normally how I like her) And the after pictures that I took after she came back from the groomer!(very disappointed they cutt all Fancy hair OFF) It was also explained at dropp off not to cut her dwn or touch the body or shape of her mane! Due to me wanting it to grow so I could put her pony tail up with a bow. Been growing it out since Feb.2025 My lil baby will never go back to Stephanies Groomer! And I still paid them $150 for two lil dogs!🤔

The first two pictures are of her fur before the cut and the second two are of after. We asked for a “trim” to help “even out” her puppy fur growing into adult fur. She is an Australian Shepherd with a double coat and I specifically mentioned that we didn’t want her under coat touched. They gave a CUT and it’s uneven. The only reason it’s a 2/5 and not a 0/5 is because they were nice. Don’t take your double coated breeds to this groomer for hair cuts. The bath/brush was good.
