Banfield Pet Hospital

My dog is horribly sick. I patiently waited 2 weeks for his appointment. I was counting down the days as a watched my dog getting worse. The day finally came i was so excited. Soon as I got there the receptionist did notify me there was an emergency that came and she will not check me in yet. I was okay waiting. Then I was told they couldn't see me today. I was very upset because my dog came in looking horrible and we are being pushed to the side because the doctor is leaving right after they get the emergency was under-controlled. She was able to get me into another location the next day but its an hour away. Or the next options was to scheduled a day i appsolutly was unable to do (monday). Now I'm having to drive an hour away with my sick dog just to be seen. I feel neglected and my dog

The doctors and staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. They always take great care of China when she comes there. Definitely recommend Banfield Pet Hospital in Colonial Heights if you’re looking for a great Vet to take your pets to!!!!!

I had an appointment for surgery on my cat this morning October 2 and we arrived at 7 o’clock as instructed and no one knew what the heck was going on. The surgical team was not there. I would like some explanations from them. Very poor customer service can never get through on the phone. I’m very unhappy with them. It’ll be interesting to see what reason they give for this😡

They shouldn’t call themselves a hospital if they can’t provide care when you call with an emergency because they “are all booked up”. Lady on the phone was nice but I think that was unacceptable.
