I would give negative stars if I could. This practice does not even deserve 1 singular star to be quite frank. I would not recommend taking your pets here if you’re looking for a safe place that will be thorough and actually care. My beloved 9 year old doggie, Nala, is gone because of their negligence and unwillingness to take any of our concerns into consideration. Instead of trying to figure out why my dog was getting so sick, they just gave us a bunch of useless medications to mask symptoms and charged me close to $400 for subpar care and no answers at all. If they would have cared enough to do an X-ray, they would’ve seen what was causing her to be sick and not eat. Her cancer had spread and she had fluid building up around her lungs and in her abdomen. A simple X-ray could have given

Went in for an appointment with our beloved nala who has been battling cancer for a year and a half. 2nd appointment in less than a week because her appetite was declining and she was getting lethargic. I was led to believe my visit would include a dr, to get an appointment that day i basically had to agree to a tech visit with an assurance that Dr. Webb would at least be present. When the tech came out I felt rushed, as if she was disinterested in my communication of the latest symptoms. I was reminded several times I should probably just make a vet appointment, and was granted bloodwork it seemed begrudgingly. Given four unnecessary medications for a dog NOT EATING. Next day at VVC, we were putting her down. Cancer spread to her lungs. At VVC They brought her back immediately, they did

Went to have my baby put down she was dealing with cancer/mast on her belly. Dr. Came in joking and laughing bout the situation and her putting her to sleep…made me feel very uncomfortable. She was 6pnds and they charged $367 and nothing given no package for sympathy nothing. Should have went to Chesdin Vet where they do give you a free package and $167 more cheaper and respectful..RIP Zoey

This is the absolute best most caring vet around. My husband and I truly cannot thank them enough. Back in June we had a tragic accident where our cat Rascal was bitten by a dog. This happened before this vet was open so we went to the emergency vet on Cary St. They were an absolute nightmare, demanded $4k before doing anything and suggested putting him down. We ended up at another emergency vet that was open and informed us he may be blind and may need one eye removed, said that time will tell about the eye but he will make it. The first opportunity we had we took him here (our regular vet) and they IMMEDIATLY came up with a game plan. They double checked everything and decided to stitch that one eye shut for a few weeks so he could have a chance of keeping it to avoid going through surge
