I brought one of our rescue dogs in for a fecal exam due to suspected worms. I was told the dog tested positive for Giardia. However, when I had the same sample reviewed by another veterinarian, it came back positive for tapeworm. When I called to request a copy of the original report showing the negative result, I was told records are typically not emailed, which I found unusual and frustrating. In addition, I did not feel the staff was welcoming or supportive. The overall experience felt dismissive, and as someone responsible for the care of many rescue dogs, that level of communication and professionalism is important to me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable bringing my dogs there again. #DoBetter

Monday evening I rescued five kittens from a trash heap in Allentown. The wonderful folks at Stanglein took us in last minute and the end of business for a quick evaluation. Nearly the whole staff was waiting at the front desk to meet the little floof babies. They sent us home with loads of helpful information and advice on their care. I've been bringing my fur babies here for a few years now. They are always professional and caring. Best Veterinarian I've ever taken my pets to.

They take such great care of Kobe. I found this place because my dogs paw had been cut by the groomer and he was bleeding profusely and even though they usually cannot take emergencies, they saw the amount of blood and took him right away. I have been coming here for years. I brought all my animals to this vet and never had any issues. I love Dr. Terry and Dr. Nate. But I cannot begin to express my disappointment in Dr. Erin’s lack of sympathy and refusal to treat my dog’s pain. When I reached out to her for help, her advice was to take my dog back to the hospital, which I just came from or to consider euthanasia. My dog was crying out in pain and refused to walk. This all turned out to be a UTI. She has made a complete recovery. Because my dog was already on an anti-inflammatory and Neurontin Dr. Erin said there was nothing else she could do for her. This is unbelievable. There were many other meds that she could have tried. This all happened the day prior to Christmas Eve. I don’t know how she could mention euthanasia befo

For the health of my pets I am glad I moved them from this "clinic" when I did !!!!as my one would not be alive if I didn't! The medical care is subpar.and well over priced for the service and attention that they give animals not bothering to look at the big picture of what is truly going on with the health of the pet just the next wallet walking through the door. The front desk staff is extrremely rude and the doctors should take more time to examine the lab results of pets!! Always get copies of the lab results and review them.
