I trust Dr. Abby with my dog's health and care. Abby Road Veterinary Hospital provides the services my dog needs in a friendly atmosphere. I'm sorry I forgot the name of the nice Vet Tech who assisted with my dog, Cooper, 2/17 at 1:00 p.m. She was very kind and courteous and was sweet and gentle to Cooper. I trust that my dog is in competent hands because I had a bad experience with a dog, who has since passed away, at another vet's office where my concerns weren't addressed resulting in his death. The staff at Abby Road asks questions, listens and thoroughly exams my dog.

Abby Road Vet was recommended to me by a friend / coworker. I brought my boy cat in for his first visit towards the end of July. I couldn’t be more thankful for Dr. Abby and her kind and supportive staff. From the first initial call to set up to my cats last check up to make sure his kidneys were in tip top order. Everyone has been kind, understanding, patient, thorough and caring. My cat means the world to me and i’m so beyond thankful for this amazing team! And Dr. Abby knew Ducky’s name right away being from NCIS! 🩵

Abbey Road Animal Hospital delivered a consistently unsatisfactory experience. The practice appeared primarily focused on fees, excessive charges, and questionable diagnoses rather than on thoughtful, patient-centered veterinary care. Costs were high, confidence in recommended treatments was limited, and concerns about overbilling persisted throughout my pet’s time there. Additionally, the hospital demonstrated a lack of empathy by prioritizing the collection of a missed appointment fee—despite a documented family emergency—over basic understanding or compassion. Overall, the level of professionalism and care fell well below expectations, and I would not recommend this practice to pet owners seeking reliable and humane veterinary services. Save your time and your pets life— go elsewhere!

Great facility & great team! Everyone has been very kind, patient & helpful when working with me & my sick baby. I'm a nervous Nelly & just want to keep my boy happy & healthy. They work in conjunction with his specialists which truly is a godsend! There is not enough good things I can say about Dr. Abby & Dr. F & the crew! We just had our first visit with Dr Freeby for our senior cat, Noelle, who is having dental issues. After the examination he explained what her treatment would entail and answered all of our questions. We were also asked if we would like a written estimate of the cost of the procedure, which was emailed later that day. Dr. Freeby and the staff were very knowledgeable, caring and kind. So happy we went to Abby Road!
