This place has Dog Loving, and Compassionate Staff Members. When my dog Passed away, they were VERY KIND, and Caring about my feelings. I wasn't just another person who's dog died, and they will update their computer about my loss. That's what my last Vet Did. We got a new puppy, and decided to change over to this new Veterinarians office, and this place Truly Cares about my Dogs health. They are VERY knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave me some great ideas about my puppies behavior issues, and you can really Feel the Love of the Staff. I got my Pups set of shots, and their prices are Better than other vet offices. I will definitely continue to bring my dog to this place, and I Highly Recommend them for your pet Needs. Fantastic Customer Service, Prices, and just flat out Caring Staff.

Stafford Animal Hospital, their vets, & all staff are the very best. I have been seeing Dr. DJ for the past 13 years. She loves my animals. We recently had to have one of our family dogs put down & Dr. DJ stayed with us through the entire process. We were given as much time before & after as we wanted. If you are looking for kind, compassionate care for your pets, this is the clinic for you.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic courtesy at this clinic. If I could rate this place as a ZERO star I would!! I arrived 8 minutes late to a medically important, time-sensitive appointment. When I walked in and said I was there for my appointment, the front desk staff responded, “Umm, the one that was for 9:30 this morning? Yeah, DJ said she couldn’t see her because you’re late.” The tone was dismissive and rude. I was shocked, especially since many clinics follow a 15-minute grace period. This was also on a morning when Stafford was on a 2-hour delay, and to make matters more frustrating, children are not even allowed to attend vet visits at this clinic — meaning getting there was already more difficult. I noticed the negative reviews mostly dealing with Dr. DJ and her irate demeanor so I decided to write my own review because I just dealt with the same irate personality from her. Today, I called to schedule a blood test for my dog. Dr DJ told the front staff to help me “kill two birds with one stone” and do the physical while I’m there. I refused since he just had a physical less than a year ago and he hasn’t even been there a year yet. I told them I will deal with the cost of the blood test now which was $265 then we will do the annual physical in a month when it’s due. Dr DJ got on the phone and insisted I have a physical and stated “it is required annually to maintain the relationship with a vet”.
