Stacey's Star Grooming

We started going to Stacey and she always did a good job on our dog, however she lacks communication. We haven’t gone to her in awhile due to her not answering my texts for MONTHS. I texted her in June and I didn’t get a reply until SEPTEMBER!!! She totally changed the topic and then said she had availability in October. I told her any day would work and on September 23rd she said, “I’ll get back to you promise”. A week later I had to text her for an update. I didn’t get a reply until 4 weeks later and she apologized then said she had been out of town. We ended up setting up a day 3 weeks later for me to bring my dog in. Today is the day and I texted her with an updated vaccine record for my dog (which she asked for) and I see that my texts can’t send!!! I go to look at her profile and she

Stacey is very loving and patient with the dogs she grooms. She has always been on time when we show up for our appointment. She is also very accomodating when having to get our dog an appt in a pinch. I highly recommend her as she has years of experience and it shows!
