Big River Canine Coach

My boyfriend and I brought our 4 year old female mixed breed, very fear reactive dog to Donna. Daisy (our dog) was very anxious and stressed (she would bark/ growl and lunge) when we would go on walks or when people would come into the house or even when she would see other dogs from a mile away. What a difference 6 classes has made in our dog!! She has the confidence to walk by people in a store or while on a walk and even when walking by other dogs she is minding her own business! Donna has been helpful even since our evaluation and gave us the confidence that there was hope for Daisy to have an easier doggy life as long as we were willing to put in the work! Daisy will never be the kind of dog that strangers (people or dogs) can easily approach, that’s just not the kind of dog she is, b

I feel like she is judging my dog for what breed she is a cane corso I called Saturday to get a evaluation and first thing she says is I don’t want to see a bunch of untrained cane corso puppy’s running around I get it I wouldn’t want such a powerful breed just roaming around that’s the whole point of me getting her in classing is to get her trained so we talked she told me I could come in Monday for my evaluation reminded it’s Saturday I called Monday comes she says she can’t come in and she had to reschedule didn’t even offer me another day to come in so honestly I feel like she is just playing with my time and my dogs time

I don't know what magic concoction she put in a cauldron to whip up the good dog spell, but WoW! One afternoon spent with Donna, Cutie and Gizmo, my Jackie Russell's, were so happy, they get excited when I say the words "daycare" or "Donna", they aren't chasing outside of yard boundaries anymore, and seem calmer. I hoping to start my weekly regimen soon if she will have them. I have had pretty bad boarding experiences in the past and we were skeptical, but that is all gone. Donna and her staff are amazing people and I can't thank them enough for taking care of my babies!

Donna is a miracle worker. Our new puppy went from totally unmanageable to a very good boy after the first session and he is continuing to learn new things with every session. I highly recommend the services offered here as it is well worth the money and can make a huge difference for you and your dog.

Donna is simply the best at her craft! She came highly recommended to us for a quality dog training experience. She is professional, communicates openly, and provides the dog owner with just as much training and constructive feedback as she does the dogs. I can't say enough positive things about Donna and her training style. Her facility is spacious and immaculate. Her home "follow-up" visits are helpful, and our dog absolutely loves her. We do too!
