I don’t know if it’s the product that was being loaded or if the problem is with the receiver(walmart distro) or if fault lies solely with this shipper. But to arrive at 11am, be in a door by 11:40 and still being loaded at now 5pm is unacceptable for me. I was hoping majority of negative reviews were wrong but my personal experience is awful. I have a 61/2 hour drive for a 6am appt and Im still in the door at this shipper. Hope your experience is better if already booked but I won’t be returning.

Arrived 12am departed 1 am fast unloading overnight parking available however was given The wrong address from TQL all good 1901 Windsor Dr is the correct one

TRUCK DRIVERS, very slowwwwwww shipper,5 hours today, I got there at 8:20am for 9am appointment didn’t leave till 1400, all the workers just hang out outside smoking cigarettes chitchatting and i was the only truck there. TOOOO SLOW

Arrived at 0800 for a 0900 apt. Currently 1300 with one truck ahead of me and no trucks in the door. At the rear of the building i. The center there is a office with a restroom. I asked about how long it will be. They said since I'm frozen my info was giver to them from the guard. And they will get me when they need me. I went to use the restroom and I could hear them laughing and joking about it. The truck pictured is the one ahead of me. Before that the doors sat empty for 3 hrs I know. Update: left at 1645
