Updating my review because they’re under new management. This was months ago, but I’m finally getting to writing the review. Came in for a TRIM. told them exactly where to trim my long haired dachshunds fur and explicitly said “no shave”. Price was $15 more than when Nichole was there. I cried all the way home and contacted their Instagram where Nichole gave me the number of the new owner. I told her how disappointed I was and only offered 50% off my next service. I told her that I wanted the full refund and she did not respond. For $80 I expected better. I have the texts and emails between them where they just stop responding to me. I have a little Yorkie that had never been groomed. I took him to Square Dog Grooming and the girls there gave him the royal treatment. He looks so good!!! I was expecting him to be a little traumatized since he had never been groomed before but Munchkin was in high spirits and ready to go show off his new hair cut to the rest of the family. Really tells the story of how they treat your animals..... Thank you so much!!!! ❤️

Nicole is fantastic! She did a great cut on my 17y old pom/poodle mix, but she was able to trim my husky mix's toe tuffs!!! We have tile floors and he slips or walks backwards, but he is extremely uncomfortable with his feet being touched and no other groomer has been able to get them.

I’ve been taking my dog here for about half a year and square dog has done a great job with my pup. She’s at the groomer for no longer than about 2 hrs. She comes back happy and her fur look great. Really glad to have found this place after our previous groomer moved away. Definitely recommend.

Our Poodle puppies, Ruby and Daisy LOVE Natalie. They get so excited when we go! They look like different dogs when they’re done. Highly recommend.
