Scenthound Oviedo

I decided to have both of my German Shepherds groomed at Scenthound after talking with them at an event. They were fantastic! Everyone was courteous and really took such wonderful care of my two fur babies. I love that they give me a report card at the end and a text message during the process to let me know how it was going and 15 minutes before they were done.

Had a great experience at the Oviedo location! Another location canceled on us and the Oviedo Location gave us An appointment right away! The customer service was top-notch. I love the fact that they gave you a text with a 20 minute heads up for when our pup was going to be finished with his grooming. The groomer gave him the Best haircut he’s had at all three locations that we’ve tried. Already made an appointment for next month to come back to this location!.

Was very happy with the services. My dog has separation anxiety but Aliza and Brooke made him feel comfortable. He was able to get a bath, nails clipped, teeth and ears cleaned with no problems. Very happy and will continue to be a customer because the great service provided. The 15 minute text message to pick up your dog is convenient so can run errands. Thank you!

It was our first visit. Augie seemed very happy and smelled good after her bath. I signed up for the unlimited service. We are looking forward to each visit. .

Staff was very friendly, my dog looks very shiny and smells fantastic. Still seeing a little bit of shedding even though we paid for the Deshedding treatment. This is my first time doing this treatment so the little bit of shedding that I am seeing may be normal. I also wish that a bandanna or bow was included in the service for that little extra something to make my puplook a little extra adorable. Other than that, Service as well overall very happy.
