I’m not a conventionally religious person, but I’m spiritual enough to recognize that Dr. Hines was put on this earth to ease the suffering of animals, while also easing the pain their human families experience from their passing. Today, we had to make the very hard decision to put our 15 year old girl, Dakota, to rest. Once we knew it was time to say goodbye, calling Dr. Hines was the best decision we could have made. My girl was just shy of 16yrs and Dr. Hines made her transition comfortable and painless. One of the worst things in life is to lose a loved one but with her professionalism and compassionate care we were in great hands. Dr Hines is such a very special person. She is the most compassionate and caring Dr/Vet I have ever come across. She gave us information, she made herself available, she did not pressure or push. The second she entered our home our Paco was the priority and focus. She allowed us to have time and space. She was so loving and compassionate with him. The way Dr Hines assists with their passing is the kindness way you can imagine. She offered healing words to us that also made all the difference.
