Spruce Street Animal Clinic

I will start by saying Dr. Coppock is probably the only positive aspect of this place but we rarely dealt with her. However the negative review is because of the complete, ignorance, incompetence, and rudeness of the support staff at every level. I have one of the sweetest dogs on earth. He was treated like dirt, no care at all, they made him cry during basic procedures, never cared, never returned calls, got pissed off when they were asked questions or asked to do their jobs, and the list goes on. Personality of a brick at every turn. Nobody ever seemed to have a clue. I switched to another clinic with fantastic care, service, and staff, and I couldn't be happier. This place can go pound sand. I wouldnt take my pet rock here, let alone recommend this clinic to anyone. The good Dr needs to

They were absolutely great with our girl Daisy. She wouldn't walk, she didn't want to get up on the couch. She didn't want to do things that she used to. They put her on a regiment of medicine and now she gets up on the couch just like a person and watches TV She is getting around more doing things that she used to do. They're very caring people
