They are VERY hard to get a hold of. We left our pets with them twice and both times they were not hime during our prearranged pick up time, which was a problem. The kennels are clean and warm though, if very basic. They do have a cat kennel, it's sectioned off from the dogs and indoors. I'm not sure how much interaction any if the animals get since this is the owners "second" job.
FYI just called no longer open.....
