Spring Mill Veterinary Hospital

This is long overdue but since I moved to the area I was taking my tonkinese Cleo to Spring Mill Vet for over 2 years. During that time, Cleo’s health was starting to decline as she was getting older. She was under the excellent care of Dr. Caskey and all the vet techs during that whole time who always gave the best care to her. She always kept Cleo’s best interest at heart and was always very honest and trust worthy. Over those two years, all the front desk staff, vet techs, and veterinarians gave Cleo the best possible end of life care. And when the time came to send Cleo off to a more comfortable place, Dr. Caskey and everyone on staff that night was more than understanding and compassionate to let me stay with my baby for as long as I needed after she passed on. I really can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am for finding this vet hospital. I have been a conshohocken resident for over 25 years & I have always used the same vet for my personal dogs and all my pet care clients. I unfortunately had an emergency yesterday with my own dog and my normal vet could not see us. As a personal choice & if an option even in an emergency I will always try & go to a normal vet over an emergency vet as they can be unreliable. (My experience) That being said, I decided to call Spring Mill and not only did they IMMEDIATELY allow me to bring my dog they were so accommodating and welcoming especially having never met me or my dog! The hospital was absolutely beautiful, bright open and welcoming! Everybody in there was so kind to us, the care was above and beyond,

From the moment I found spring mill vet, they’ve been amazing. We found a stray cat and I was trying to coordinate an appointment with them and they were so flexible and patient with me while I tried to figure out our next steps with the cat. We ended up getting the cat over to them and Dr. Sheffer and Violet were awesome! So caring, knowledgeable and willing to help. They were so patient with us, made us feel comfortable, and really listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They also gave us clear instructions about how to take care of tricky situations (fleas). I’m an experienced pet owner who’s been looking for a new vet for my two other cats and I plan on moving them to Spring Mill Vet based on this experience. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Healy took excellent care of my cat, Betsy. She was very clear about fees and exactly what was going to need to be done, calling me during surgery to give me the details of her dental work needed. She was very careful not to add additional fees that were not necessary. The exam rooms are very clean and the ladies at the front desk very personable and helpful. I highly recommend this vet!

We love everything about and everyone at Spring Mill Vet. We made the switch to Spring Mill after our cat’s first pancreatitis flare up and after being in the ER for 2 nights. We switched to Spring Mill, where she has been extremely well cared for ever since. The team is always available to talk to us and has helped guide us through our cat’s care for the last nearly 2 years. Refill orders are fast, the people are caring and spend a lot of time w us answering questions, and accommodate even our smallest concerns knowing her history. We know she is in the best hands and we look forward to bringing our new puppy to Spring Mill when we welcome him home soon, too!
