Customer Reviews
We had a wonderful experience with BluePearl Vet in Conshohocken, especially Dr. Sarah Round. After exhausting all options with our regular vet and multiple other consultations, we chose BluePearl for our dog Cooper and for his caudectomy, and we are very glad we did. Trusting someone with a member of our family is not something we take lightly. Checkout with Hannah was smooth and very detailed. I was anxious and ready to see Coop, and she made sure I clearly understood everything before we left. The front desk staff was welcoming and kind. Post op, when I called with a concern, they told me Coop did not need to come back in and even reviewed a photo of his incision, which meant a lot to us. When we called for surgery updates, we never felt like an inconvenience. The pricing is higher,
Wow, and thank you! This is the 3rd time we’ve had to use blue pearl for emergency visit for both our dog and cat over the past two years. They are so professional, extremely kind and very thorough. Their fees are what you expect, perhaps slightly higher than your regular doc, but lower then say- Penn emergency. But- they are very transparent about them and will work with you, and ask you for permission before doing anything. Call before arrival it helps them prepare. We had to put our dog down sadly and it was honestly, a beautiful and lovely experience, I couldn’t have asked for more. She was comfortable, it was in a private special, cozy room, they dimmed the lights, gave us blankets to snuggle with her together as she passed peacefully, and the doctors and techs even cried with us wh
I finally felt like I was heard about the issues going on with my dog when I met with Dr Hamilton and her nurse Sarah. They were thorough and very detailed in obtaining a lengthy history about my dog. Dr Hamilton explained everything so well and made sure I understood everything she was saying before moving on. They were so compassionate with my dog and fulfilled my requests to muzzle her during diagnostics. The front desk staff also gave my daughter coloring pages and crayons to keep her entertained.
My husband and I packed up our four month old son and our precious dog Renzo to come in for an emergency visit last night. This entire team was amazing from beginning to end. They got us checked in and back to an exam room right away, then kept us informed every step of the way. Dr Marks was PERFECT. She was kind and informative, calm yet clear about our options. She gave us all the information to make the best decision for our boy then sent us home with things to look for in the next few days, as well as a full report for our primary vet. Renzo is unfortunately not completely out of the woods but a very small silver lining is know this place and team are here whenever we need them and with their amazing work I have full faith he is gonna recover beautifully.
Dr. Salit was amazing and extremely professional. She was confident in her expertise with animals. Her reassuring attitude left me feeling like I had made the best choice with leaving my fur baby at Pearl. Upon Gizmo being discharged I was given medicine that I had to give to Gizmo. One of the medicines came with a syringe. I thought that I had asked the proper questions on how to fill the syringe,as it us measured by metrics. Apparently, I had not. I accidently gave my cat to much pressure medicine. I was hysterical! Everything turned out ok after numerous calls to pearl and with the grace of God. Just a small suggestion for those not comfortable with syringes, please please do not act like you can wing it! Please be sure before leaving the hospital that you are 100% comfortable.
