Banfield Pet Hospital

My dog ​​is sick today, so I'm trying to make a appointment, but the phone call takes forever, and when I finally get through, they say the reservation won't be made until two days later. Then they tell me to go somewhere else... They say they're too busy... I don't understand. In other places, they told me to take it right away, so I did that. No matter how good the doctors are, if the person providing service doesn't make a appointment, it's over.

Went to Banfield to receive vaccines for my 12 week old puppy. Was not informed that he would need to be removed from the exam room and taken out back for 20 minutes to receive said vaccines and exam. I inquired with the technician about WHY the vet wouldn’t perform the exam in the “EXAM ROOM” and was informed “we only do the exam with the owner present if the dog is aggressive” which make’s absolutely no sense and is the opposite of routine for every other veterinary practice I’ve been a client of. Upon receiving my puppy back, was told to wait for the vet. Waited for about a half an hour to have a 30 second dialogue with the vet, telling me they had no concerns. Asked receptionist upon leaving to please forward me the vaccine records to my email - instead was sent a link to their website

Do not ever leave your dog for a drop off appointment !Make sure you are with your dog at all times. My 4year old dog was left in crate for over4 Hours. He was visibly shaken and so upset he chewed his paw raw.Why they didn’t call me sooner (don’t know).Borderline cruelty! The doctor told me it was allergies!No one seemed to care ! Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else They will not cancel my wellness plan ! very disturbing

I have taken my Chiweenie to Banfield for 12 years. They also cared for the dog I had before Zee. The professionalism and care that they show my dog is above and beyond. They always call us by name, schedule appointments easily and the veterinarians are attentive, qualified and actually LISTEN! Ronda is a gem and very friendly and helpful. I love Banfield and so does Zee!

We’ve been using the vets at the Conshohocken Banfield hospital for almost 20 years. They, as well as their staff, have always been very professional, caring, and honest about the care of our fur babies.
