If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The entire team has given me and my cats, Maleficent and Diablo, such amazing care over the years. I am truly sad I had to move away, because it is rare to find a vet team that truly cares like they do. They exceeded any expectations I had, especially when Mal got very, very sick to the point of me almost losing her. Any and all questions I had were answered, and they even provided extra services at no cost to me like x-rays to ensure her feeding tube was still correctly placed. Any time I would bring her in, everyone from the front desk to the staff in the back genuinely wanted to see her and to know how she was doing. We bring our dog, Canelo, to Spring Creek and every visit is an amazing experience. The team is incredibly welcoming, fast, and efficient while still being thorough and taking the time to answer all of our questions. Their communication is excellent and you can truly see how much they care about the animals. It’s about a 35-minute drive for me, that's the only downside about it, but I only come here because of how well they take care of my dog, it’s absolutely worth it every time. They’re always so helpful and kind. Highly recommend! My dog is feeling much better after an ear infection and a skin rash flare up. I'm super grateful!

Let me start by saying this amazing animal care facility is definitely a five star experience for both you and your fur family members. We rescued a cat and unfortunately were not aware of the issues that come with along with the process. We took our new family member to a vet within the two weeks Allotted by the animal rescue service. The service cost us over $200 without any vaccinations or medications to be filled. It was a check up. The staff was apathetic, offering no positive feedback. We then found Spring Creek animal Hospital, looking for a better fit for our fur baby. my 15 month old has been suffering from allergies since he was a puppy and in the last 4 months it has been extremely worse with no resolution from my current vet, just doing the same treatments with no results. My puppy had a severe rash that was not going away no matter what we tried. I found Spring Creek Animal hospital and called in desparation to try and find my sweet fur baby some help. They were able to get us in very quickly. They had great bedside manner and were attentive to all of my concerns with my puppy. They agreed that the previous treatment was not benefiting our puppy and changed things up. We went hope and not even 6 hours later our puppy was finally on the mend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Pacheco is an absolute blessing. She has been instrumental in helping my dog through his cancer journey and has stood by us every step of the way for almost the past 3 years. She always makes time to see him, answers calls with compassion, and never makes us feel alone in this journey. Her guidance, expertise, and incredible bedside manner give me so much peace of mind that I willingly drive over 50 minutes each way just to see her. That’s how much trust and confidence I have in her care. I truly don’t know how we could have made it this far without her. Dr. Pacheco isn’t just an amazing veterinarian, she’s a lifeline, and I’m forever grateful. All of the staff are truly one of kind. I highly recommend.
