Spoiled Brats

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is basically my dog’s Toys “R” Us. This has been my go-to pet store since I first got my dog — she’s about to turn six now — and every visit has been a great experience. The customer service here is always solid and genuinely thoughtful. Anytime I grab a bigger bag of dog food (like a 25-lb bag), they always ask if I want delivery. I usually carry it myself for the exercise, but I really appreciate that they consistently offer — it shows they actually care about the customer experience. They always have a great selection of dog food, toys, and treats, and I love that they introduce new treats or let your dog try one after checkout. Sometimes they already have a treat ready just to say hi, which is such a nice touch. My dog is always a happy camper walking in and out of here.

I have lived in Washington Heights for years & discovered "Spoiled Brats" in the last 5 years. This Store is a "Gem" in our Neighborhood (on Bennett Avenue). I completely stopped using Amazon & All other Pet-Sites. Their Pricing is always Competitive & as far as the Staff goes, They are Knowledgeable, Kind & Always go the extra mile to provide the Most Extraordinary Service. I love Spoiled Brats! They're so kind and helpful. They also have delivery, which is such a huge help when trying to bring cat litter home. I totally recommend coming to Spoiled Brats for your pet needs. They also have two ADORABLE cats in the store. The long haired cat is so super cuddly.
