Everyone is wonderful but have your member card ready when you open that door because they want to see that card as soon as you walk in the and have it ready again when you make your purchase and exchange currency with the cashier. Parking can be rough so bring your own cart or bags to help you carry your loot to your car; they DO NOT allow you to take their shopping carts for inside the store to the outside of the store. Do not park in the loading zone in front of building.

Spikes is a pet pantry run by the Humane Society. Membership is fast and easy, staff are super friendly and helpful, the place is always immaculate, and you really can't beat the price of the products. The ONLY con is that they receive limited quantities so for many products, especially for cats, you can only get 1 item. However, they do provide a little of everything - food, treats, litter, cages, clothing, and leashes.

Wonderful people! They provide a needed and very generous service supplimenting monthly food supplies for 3 pets! My 5 stars is consistent with each visit even when the are waiting for a donation of the food you need and have to make a return visit.

A well run establishment and I encourage helping this great cause of helping animals with food during difficult times. Prompt, professional, and caring. Alex is someone you can count on to make sure your animals bowls are full. Exceptional experience. A+
