Our 18 month old Wire Fox Terrier responded very well to the training she received at Peacock. Wish we would have done it sooner. We had struggled utilizing positive methods. When I learned more about the E Collar it completely changed my mindset on this methodology. Many thanks for the time and attention to our girl during her training stay. Our home is much better and our girl is happier too. We’re going to keep practicing all the skills she learned so we can continue the happiness found.

When we adopted our Doberman Pinscher/Malinois mix, Jack, he was basically feral — abandoned, anxious, and completely untrained. We were at our wits’ end trying to help him. Two weeks later, we were amazed. Jack went from wild and out of control to calm, obedient, and happy. The trainers were patient, skilled, and truly cared about him. The “human training” they gave us at pickup was invaluable. This program isn’t cheap, but it’s worth every penny — and then some. We’re so grateful to the team at Peacock Bridge for giving us back a dog who’s not just well-behaved, but genuinely content.

I had an outstanding experience with Pickup Bridge Kennels in Reading. My dog, Drogo, stayed with them for three weeks of training, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care he received. They took excellent care of him and treated him with great kindness. When Drogo came back home, he was fully obedient and responsive to all my commands. We wanted to find a kennel that could help us with our 2 sibling puppies. After our first conversation with the staff we felt they had the right experience. We decided to sign up for the 2 week boarding training program. We are so happy that we made that decision! The staff was there for us during the whole program and we are delighted with the results! I must be honest, had reservations about this form of behavior modification training and the cost also gave me some hesitation. It however was worth every penny. My excitable pup finally responds to me as her alpha dog. Treats and praise were not working in our home training routine. Lunging at joggers, other dogs and darting out the door and not returning when called were putting our beloved fur baby in danger.
