Katie is very personable and experienced. I've been taking my 9 yr old, overweight, and aggressive cat to her for 2 years and she always gets the job done and does it with kindness and understanding. My cat came home clean and fresh. Her bottom is healing from too much scooting because she's so clean back there. I couldn't be more pleased. Katie even gave my cat a gold star for being a good girl and welcomed us back. We give Katie 5 stars!

Been taking my cat here for about 2 years. He has anxiety issues and tends to lash out when he gets his nails trimmed, but Katie always gets it done regardless. She is so sweet, I seriously don’t know what we’d do without her!

Accidentally took my dog here instead of to Kristy's pet parlor. They didn't even say anything to me. It was kind of nice of them to just play it off and still cut my dog's nails, but they treated him terribly. He is old and has arthritis and they were very rough with him. It was so dirty and sketchy in there. There were small cages piled up everywhere with curtains hung up hiding them. The staff was very rude too. I would've rather they just told me I didn't actually have an appointment so that I could've taken my dog to the right place. So odd. And just poor treatment of my sweet, old man. They're nail trimming is only $10 FYI.

Absolutely a nightmare!!! Heard the daughter yelling and being insanely mean to my sweet dogs as I was leaving in the parking lot and caught her through the outside back window being grossly abusive and completely inappropriate !!! Sad Shame , the mother Cindy always did a nice job . I better not run into that daughter of hers !
