I loved the staff. They were knowledgeable, very nice, and helpful! It's a little expensive compared to a national pet supply corporation. I would rather pay a little more and support a local-ish company that hopefully pays their employees well, and sources their inventory as mindfully as possible. Happy to pay more for those things!! I was really nervous about switching my cats dry food and I honestly had no clue what to get for him. Misinformation and misleading info saturates the entire market for pets and humans. My cat has done so well with the new food! He's lost a little weight too! Hes upset about the litter switch, but he's slowly coming around. >.<

I just had the most disappointing customer service experience. I came in with a collar and the receipt and the tags but yes, I had taken the tag off and was not allowed to return it or exchange it or get store credit. I was essentially smirked at by the employee. She was beyond rude

I love this store! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of anything you’d need for your pets.

The staff that works here is so fun and helpful. Their dog wash station is not the nicest I’ve ever seen for $10, but it’s usually open and clean. The selection of treats and food here is hard to beat!

Customer Service wasn't the best due to the young lady with glasses and shoulder length brown hair. She came off very rude, far as dog products they had a fair share of top quality food. I will take my money somewhere else based on service.
