Southern Trail associates always provide exceptional service. They are super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to assist us when we come in, email or call. Jill is always so pleasant to deal with and is always super prompt when returning phone calls or emails. She always greets us with a smile and is very helpful. This particular day we had some questions about a red light therapy device we had purchased and I believe that Linda was the extremely knowledgeable associate that came out and explained what we should do in great detail. She took her time, answered all our questions with a smile the entire time. Dr. Eaves and Dr. Fernandez always are very thorough and truly show concern for your pets. Super impressed with Southern Trail AC! There is a fine balance between animal lovers and business practices. I've had lots of pets over my lifetime and lots of different veterinary experience. STAC combines intelligent care, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the clinic is bright, clean. We recently changed from our former vet to ST and I am so glad we did! Information is as important as quality care and we received information that confirmed we made the right choice in switching. Harley had a positive experience and was not as traumatized as with previous vet visits. Also!! Dental cleanings have become so expensive! Southern Trail is offering $350 cleanings for February 2026! Get it scheduled now! So happy we switched to Southern Trail, highly recommend!!

My Gilbert was struggling with a really bad cough and i was pretty worried about it but Dr.Eaves helped ease my concern and has made him feel so much better and he is back to being his normal self again. Thank you so much! The staff was also so sweet with my little pumpkin

I just want to say how wonderful and compassionate the staff was with my precious Buster and to me. I needed a same day appointment and they were able to get my fur baby in at 3:30pm on Friday, June 6th. Although my heart is crushed after having to say goodbye to my Buster after 14 loving years with him, I am beyond grateful for the support, care, and compassion the entire staff showed and for the time they allowed me to have with him to say goodbye. Southern Trail Animal Clinic really did the most amazing blessing for my sweet tush! i went in there with her so scared not knowing what to do, her eye has a ulcer in it & she’s lost so much weight. this vet examined her, not only did they exam her but they diagnosed her & gave me every single medication i needed to get her back right & only charged me for the visit itself not the medicine & told me i could pay the rest whenever. you don’t find vets like this just anywhere! this is the best vet experience & you can tell they love animals and don’t just do it for the money! i 10/10 highly recommend! thank y’all so much for helping my family & our dog today ♥️🙏🏼
