Hayley and her team at Horses and Hounds are amazing! I board my dogs with Hayley AND she farms sits for me when we’re out of town. I have chickens, pigs, bunnies, cats, and outside livestock dogs, and I never have to worry when we’re out of town. She’s great with communicating and sending updates when and if needed, and she’s always made herself available. There was even a time she wasn’t feeling well before one of our trips and she still made sure our babies were taken care of! She’s always made herself available and always has a positive attitude! She’s very reasonably priced as well especially considering all the work she does! I highly recommend Horses and Hounds for all your pet care needs!

We took our dogs Sunshine (Bassett Hound) and Jaxon (Australian Shepherd) to Horses and Hounds after moving to the area and looking for a reliable and safe boarding facility. Hayley invited us to tour beforehand and I must say I was impressed by the absolute dog friendliness of the whole place. I also love that my slightly reactive Australian Shepherd Jaxon was never with any other dog except his “sister” Sunshine, so I didn’t have to worry about him getting too rambunctious with someone else’s pet. The rotation method Hayley uses is brilliant, rotating household dogs between spaces to vary their day just like they’d experience at home. Hayley & her staff are incredible!! I never board Jack, but had to for 2 nights at Thanksgiving while we were out of town. He was very happy & very well cared for. I got pictures of him each day. I would recommend their services to anyone & plan to use them again soon.

I was nervous to board my puppy for the first time! But this place put me at ease right away. We got a private suite for our dog because he gets nervous around other dogs and it was well worth it! They sent updates every day with pictures of our dog. You can tell they really love their dogs here.

Took my fur baby here, and let me say that my expectations were exceeded! It’s always hard trying to find boarding for a dog who isn’t the most dog-friendly (due to some past trauma), but this place was wonderful! Hayley sent me several pics/updates when asked, and my dog seemed so happy when I picked him up, and I could tell my boy was loved on during his stay! Love how each dog gets one-on-one time with the owners, as well as have a nice backyard to run around and play in! Will definitely use them again
