Fantastic clinic and people! I was so impressed. The staff went the extra mile to help my anxious senior cat feel comfortable at his wellness exam. They are all wonderful communicators, and their genuine care for animals (and people) shines through. The clinic is very well set up to be soothing to cats, too (they even had an air diffuser of Feliway!). Cannot recommend enough!

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at this veterinary clinic, primarily due to a lack of effective communication. When presented with two testing options for my cat, both were extremely expensive. One would yield results in a few hours, while the less expensive option promised results in 24 hours, with the pancreas portion available the same day. My family had to choose the 24-hour method because it was all we could afford, even though it was still quite costly. I was assured that results would be available within 24 hours, with the pancreas test ready the same day. However, after waiting the promised 24 hours, I received no results and no calls. When I followed up, the staff member I spoke with was polite but made me feel dismissed, leaving me without any updates. At the 48-hour

Dr. White is amazing. She treats my boy so well and it so patient. She listens to all concerns and treats accordingly. We are very lucky to have found her and the clinic. All the staff are great. They are kind, compassionate, and eager to help. My only regret is that being a military family we will not be able to keep them as our veterinary clinic long term. I truly wish we could pack them in our pocket and take them everywhere, then I would know Hamish is getting the best care at all times. This is the most important thing to my family.
