Southeast Veterinary Neurology

After over 2 years of chemotherapy Daisy graduated this week. The compassionate staff at SEVN took our hand and walked us through Daisy's journey. We have our little girl back stronger than ever we are blessed to have such have specialized care in our community. A special thanks to Dr. Conte during his residency at SEVN for his tender touch during such a difficult time.

It seems like excellence at SEVN is a cultural norm. What a great practice that took care of our baby, Arlo, after his injury in a car wreck. He seems to be thriving, albeit we know he has a ways to go yet. Thank you for your expertise, care, professionalism and love for our little boy! The entire staffwas great, but especially Dr. Caroline. The clear communication and patience in explaining everything going on is invaluable.

Our experience at Southeast Veterinary Neurology was great. Dr. Caroline was extremely thorough in her review of Lucy and patient in answering all of our questions with honest answers and feedback. Additionally, the care and compassion after the fact should be noted. I received checkups for Lucy and anytime I had a question I didn't hestiate to call and the staff always returned my call in a promplty manner addressing my concerns. Everyone was very welcoming and sweet. I truly appreciate the compassion and care during a difficult time.

I had to take Kipper here on a referral. Kipper is paralyzed in his face due to an ear infection. When they called me, to schedule the appointment, the lady I spoke to was extremely sweet and informative. The day of his appointment we were greeted with smiles and checked in right away. The nurse and doctor were very clear in what they could do and what they couldn’t do and didn’t push an MRI on us. Just told me what the other option could be if I chose to not go down the MRI route. I decided that an MRI is something we needed to do. They got the paperwork together, went over it with me and then told me about their payment plans that they have. They gave me a rough estimate from the lowest to the highest. When the mri was done I got a phone call from the doctor telling me the results. Then

Everyone was so nice. They took the time to explain everything every step of the way and gave updates on how the process was going. They even followed up the next day. It was a very scary time for me and they made it easier. Dr Caroline was amazing. Kind and understanding at every step. She explained everything in great detail. I always felt that I had an option and she never made me feel bad about my choices. I really wish she could be our primary vet but I am extremely grateful she is there for the scary times. Communication before, all the steps in the middle and after was fantastic.
