I been at this hospital for about 5 years + also recommended family members , before I stop coming here .. I was okay with it here until the over charges and half exams , my final straw was when this lady tried to charge me double on cutting my pets nails after cutting them instead of up charging me before the procedure I would’ve went somewhere else . charging me double just for a dogs nail cut is ridiculous, especially AFTER telling me to original price and coming back with double of the amount and they weren’t even cut close to where they should’ve been cut . Do better guys .

Forgot to leave a review, but had took in my sick cat a couple of weeks ago.. They were able to let me bring her in same day. They took care of her right away. Thank you so much to the Vet & Staff for saving my little one/my support cat. I don't know what I would have done w/ out her.. She has been doing well now & back to her cuddly & happy self.. So very Grateful for all you've done... Hero too.. Prices were reasonable as well.. & Thank you so much for the courtesy call after😌❤️

My husband and I have been bringing our boys here for years. What once was 3 dogs is down to one. My husband informed them that our 10 1/2 year old recently passed and days later we received a hand signed card in the mail. The people here are caring and truly want your fur baby to be happy and healthy. We definitely recommend this vet for all your pet needs. Our almost 8 year old is in great hands with the staff of Southeast Animal Hospital.

Checked in at 7:45am and the receptionist was rude and sarcastic. A vet came rushing in late and scared my dog. As soon as he barked, they said he’d have to be put under to be examined! The "vet" told us I should use be using a choke collar so he’d “respect” me, even after I said we were there for breathing problems! My dog’s been through obedience training, he just picked up on that bad energy. Don’t trust such apathetic people to care for your family. We went to Alamo Dog & Cat Hospital on Pleasanton instead, and they were amazing — my dog didn’t bark once!

Most caring staff and so gentle with my fur baby when I took her in. I highly recommend this place for your pets care.
