5 stars - Exceptional Care When We Needed It Most! We just switched to this vet clinic last month, and they’ve already proven why it was the best decision we ever made for our furry family member. Our little puppy suddenly got sick while my wife and I were out of town, and our daughter was absolutely heartbroken and panicking. She called them in tears, and without hesitation, the team squeezed her in SAME DAY—right in the middle of their lunch break! The compassion they showed not just for our pup but for our stressed-out daughter was incredible. They got her checked out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had him back to his playful self in no time. If you’re looking for a vet who treats your pets (and your family) like their own, look no further. Highly recommend—🐶❤️

Took wonderful care of Edna. I called that morning and they found a way to squeeze her in. They scheduled her procedure (impacted crop)during their lunch! I got my cat as a stray and had the doctors here check him out to be sure he was healthy. They immediately took me in when i said i needed help and got my cat in for a wellness exam. I came in again at a later date for a rabies vaccine, and unbeknownst to anyone there, i had to bring him back as he had suffered a severe allergic reaction. The vets, techs and staff were calm, knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr. Carroll went above and beyond for the care of my cat. I will absolutely be returning!

After my regular vet wasn't available they recommended calling South Carroll. I needed an avian vet and an appointment right away. They not only saw us the same day, the price was beyond fair, and they handled the case professionally and compassionately. Through no fault of theirs, we lost our boy. Today I received a beautiful card and a drawing of our duck. From a vet we saw one time. The staff and doctors at this office are absolutely wonderful and I now have a new vet. I highly recommend them.
