I can’t recommend this place enough! Reasonable prices, friendly & knowledgeable staff, extremely talented, honest. Definitely the best groomer in the Owings Mills/Randallstown/Sykesville/Eldersburg area!!!! My puppy can be a handful and gets easily excited. When I picked her up she seemed so happy and not stressed at all.

My little ol' Shih-tzu has terrible anxiety and hates being groomed. He's repeatedly been sent home mid-groom or asked not to return by every single groomer except Bonnie at CBL. She's wonderful. He doesn't tremble and whine on the way in, comes out looking handsome as ever, and best of all - she keeps letting him come back!

Bonnie has the magic touch! Our four-year-old Shichon has such anxiety about being groomed that three other groomers said she was too difficult (and one said I would need to get anxiety medication from the vet in order to bring her back). Bonnie finished her in 2 hours with no difficulty and no medicine needed! Her years of experience clearly show here and the cute little bows and scarf our girls came home with was a sweet added touch. She's our groomer of choice from now on for both our pups! 🐾🐾

An outstanding local pet groomer that does an excellent job with our two poodles. We love our pets but they don't love bathing or grooming, so we don't expect them to have a good time during the process but Miss Bonnie is gentle and caring. She has done several favors for us in the past during unusual circumstances and we really appreciate her outstanding service. Very reasonable prices, too.
