Do not bring your dog here because you and your poor dog will end up waiting up to 8 hours to be groomed. The shop is highly disorganized. Kyla had made our pup Charlie wait for over 7 hours on two different occasions now and I will not subject him to that again. The last time she said she was very busy and was the only groomer there so Charlie had to wait. This time, we requested that we have the first appointment of the day so Charlie didn’t have to be caged for so long. It should not take that long to groom a small 22 pound dog. We arrived for our 8am appointment and the shop wasn’t even opened yet. Kyla shows up 20 minutes late and there was another customer also waiting for their 8am appointment. How is she supposed to groom two dogs at once? Disorganized. After dropping Charlie off,

Amazing place to take your dogs! The owner Kyla, takes good care of the puppies every time they come in. She did an amazing job hand scissoring on my two pups. She also has veterinary experience so if you are looking for a groomer that cares about the animals health and safety she is the one!

this place is amazing. i had a horrible experience at a different groomer in town. i found sophisticated pooch through a woman i met at the vet. i messaged them right away and let them know what happened with my dog and my concerns. we have a pomeranian and after seeing a few poms on kyla's instagram, i fell in love with the way she cut them. we took our dog tots here for the first time today and i don't have one negative thing to say. his haircut is AMAZING and everything we wanted! kyla was so professional and knowledgeable and i will not be taking our dog anywhere else. i would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone. amazing!! i'm so glad we found her!!

Sophisticated Pooch is the BEST!! Love this place!! The whole staff is great, but Alice has been wonderful with both my dogs for over 8 years. She is very attentive & loving towards my pups. Always does the best job with the haircuts. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies. Thank you Alice for taking such good care of Emma & now Chloe.

This place might be tucked away behind a main road but it's well worth looking for. The owner is a dream + even though it was my first time with my dog, she could not have been more accomidating. I have finally found my new groomer + little 'Killer' is one happy pooch!
