I didn't like it at all. I told her to just clean her face, and they took all her hair. A bad experience, and it should be my first and last. I'm absolutely annoyed about how they left her. If you love your dogs and care about their fur, don't bring them. Part of that, they charged me 84 for her long hair, just to take it all away. This is crazy.

great selection. clean store. nice management. the kid at the counter is clearly inexperienced but the interaction i watched was downright uncomfortable. the customer in front of me had been overcharged (price on website was lower than price in store) and tried to politely explain that he just wanted the difference credited back. instead of trying to learn how to credit the difference back, the kid insisted the only way forward was processing a full return and having the customer re-buy the product. when a senior employee tried to support by explaining the proper way to perform the credit/return the difference, the kid only half listened before sarcastically retorting “yeah thats what i just told him.” (it was not what they just told him.) in the end the senior employee had to take over a

I’m absolutely appalled by the experience I had here. The staff at this location are unprofessional, careless, and clearly don’t want to be there. If working with animals isn’t your passion, then find another job—don’t take it out on innocent pets. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was bothering the staff just by being there. Everyone looked miserable, like they didn’t want to be at work. I brought in my dog, fully brushed out, fluffy, and well-kept. I gave very clear instructions for the cut. Instead, they completely disregarded everything I said and shaved him down like a naked mole rat. It’s obvious the groomers here rush through every pet using the quickest blade—not what’s requested, and definitely not what’s best. The customer service? Even worse. I was standing in line,

Do not take your dog there to get groomed. They shaved him like a rat when he had such a fluffy beautiful coat before. I told the staff what I wanted and they didn’t cared. They just shaved all his coat off, can’t believe they don’t have expert groomers that knows how to groom dogs according to their breeds. And on top of that they hurt him. Very dissapointed about my experience at petco grooming. Never going back.
