I was promised a puppy from Nancy the owner. We had a pickup date which was just several days ahead. I tried to get in touch with her and when I finally did she said she decided not to sell the puppy to me because he was too rambunctious. This made no sense as an excuse. In the meantime I went out and bought all of the needed supplies to welcome the new puppy into my home. This was crushing to me. Highly unprofessional on her part.
