Pupperdoos and Kitties Toos

We've been taking our dogs to this place for a long time and started out good. The next time they cut both dogs, which are 2 shih tzu dogs so we stopped taking them there for a while. We decided to give them another chance to do the right thing and they did worse than the other times. My dog now looks like a pug and my wife is furious and so upset about it. They over charged us and they said in their own words, at least we didn't cut her and she wasn't bleeding, they said they read the card wrong and didn't give us a refund because she said her workers have to get paid for the work performance I will not be bringing them back ever and im going to the BBB for more assistance.

We were looking for a new groomer as we were unsatisfied with the last. I met Ashlynn when she came in to buy a car from me (insert plug here) at Manchester Honda. I set an appointment with her and dropped him off this morning. She kept me in the loop with texts and photos along the way. A few hours later he was ready and looked amazing. Best cut he’s had. We found our new spot! Highly recommend Ashlynn!

My 5 yr old medium hair tortie really needed a bath, and I needed help with her because giving a cat a bath isn't something most people look forward to😹 I dropped her off at 10am and picked her up at 3pm. During that time I was expecting a "come get your cat" call because she was impossible 🤣BUT I didn't get a call. I arrived at 3 to pick her up and she was happy😺 I believe she appreciated the ladies that gave her a bath, trimmed her fur and clipped her nails. They said she did great, and that really made me happy because she will be a frequent client and I will be bringing her brother there as well. The staff at Pupperdoos and Kitties too are very good at grooming cats😻 You should definitely check them out!

We have been going to Pupperdoos for 15 years with all of our dogs ! We wouldn’t trust them to anyone else! They go above and beyond, especially with our youngest dog Rosie . She can be a handful for a small dog but they get her done! My husband and I love you guys!
